Vojtěch Orgoň

Vojtěch Orgoň has worked in the software development industry since 2009. Vojtěch began their career at Prvni Signalni, a.s. as a SW Developer, where they were responsible for gathering requirements for diagnostics presentation, and development of a Windows GUI application and filtering and converting raw diagnostics data. Vojtěch then moved to Energomonitor in 2014, where they worked as a SW Developer and DevOps. Vojtěch's responsibilities included developing parts of the system that receives measurements from HW devices over the internet, designing the protocol for it, developing processing of raw measured data into something presentable and useful for end users, designing storage for time series, and maintaining the whole stack. Vojtěch also experimented with CI/CD pipelines. The tech stack included Python (Django for web frontend and part of processing), Go (receiving measurements), Kafka, Postgres, Redis, and deployment on top of AWS EC2 with provisioning by Ansible (later deployment used Docker Swarm). In 2018, they moved to Kiwi.com as a Senior Software Developer, where they were the lead designer and developer for the internal payment gateway and responsible for processing payments from customers worldwide. Currently, they are working as a Back End Developer at Keyless since 2021.

Vojtěch Orgoň attended Brno University of Technology from 2004 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatika. No additional certifications have been reported.
