Bei W. has extensive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategy roles. They have worked in various companies, including Contract Land Staff, Keystone Consultants, LLC, Tierra Right of Way Services, Paragon Partners Consultants, and Epic Land Solutions, Inc., as the SVP of Corporate Development/M&A. Bei W. led the development of M&A strategies, the execution of strategic acquisitions, and the establishment of partnerships and alliances. Prior to these roles, Bei W. was the VP of Corporate Development/M&A at Syntellis Performance Solutions, where they launched and led the M&A function. They also served as the Head of Corporate Development/M&A at MultiPlan (Discovery Health Partners), leading the development of the corporate development function and executing strategic acquisitions. Additionally, Bei W. has experience in managing M&A and investments at Ingram Micro, and as a Private Equity/Venture Capital Investment Manager at KPMG.
Bei W. studied Business and Music at Washington University in St. Louis. Later, they pursued a degree in Finance and International Business at the Olin Business School, also located in Washington University. Bei W. also holds a certification as a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute.
