Ken Rector

Ken Rector is an experienced maintenance professional currently serving as the Maintenance Superintendent at Florence Copper since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ken held the position of Mobile Maintenance General Foreman at KGHM International starting in October 2017, overseeing all mobile mine maintenance functions, including electrical, welding, tire, and mechanical operations, with a team of 8 direct report supervisors, 7 leads, and 92 craftsmen. Additionally, Ken was Mobile Maintenance Superintendent at First Majestic Silver Corp. from November 2021 to June 2023.
