Dan Hing

Dan Hing is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and product development. Currently serving as an Engineering Leader at Khan Academy since March 2020, Dan previously held the position of VP Engineering at Bill.com, where responsibilities included overseeing development and quality teams during a successful IPO. Dan's career also features key roles such as Director of Product Development at Intuit, where engineering leadership contributed to scaling the PayCycle platform, and Senior Director of Engineering at PayCycle, responsible for an online payroll application acquired by Intuit. Additional experience includes managerial positions at EMC and Dow Jones Telerate, alongside co-founding Alacrio Consulting, a consulting company focused on SaaS solutions. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
