Edmund Goh, PMP, has a strong background in knowledge management, research, and project management. Edmund started their career at essence Burson-Marsteller as a PR Executive from March 2009 to June 2010. Edmund then moved on to NFC Clothier Sdn Bhd as a Senior Marketing Executive from July 2010 to April 2012. Since May 2012, they have been working for Khazanah Nasional Berhad, where they have held various roles. Edmund started as an Associate in the Knowledge Management Unit, where they were responsible for managing the knowledge system and providing training and support to staff. Edmund also played a key role in the migration to the Sharepoint platform. In addition, they were involved in knowledge event management, including program and content development, and the development of a mobile app and website for the organization's flagship event. Edmund also co-managed publishing projects with external agencies. In October 2015, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President in the same department, and in July 2020, they were promoted to Vice President, overseeing knowledge management and research efforts.
Edmund Goh, PMP, received their Bachelor of Communications (Hons) in Public Relations from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) from 2005 to 2008. Edmund also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2018.

Khazanah was incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 on 3 September 1993 as a public limited company and began operations a year later. Except for one share owned by the Federal Lands Commissioner, all the share capital of Khazanah is owned by the Minister of Finance Incorporated, a body pursuant to the Ministry of Finance (Incorporation) Act 1957.
