Mr. Raghuram Reddy has an experience of over 30 years of experience in socio-economic empowerment of disadvantage communities in rural areas. Worked for social, financial and digital inclusion among rural communities and has been instrumental in women empowerment.

Mr. Raghuram Reddy was responsible for bringing awareness on excess use of pesticides, fertilizers and other agricultural chemicals through social networking, campaigning, arranging rallies etc. and worked for the cause of cleaner environment on selective and need based usage of bio-fertilizers and bio-pesticides. Brought economic transformation through entrepreneurship development through pre-production, production, pre-processing, processing, storage and marketing of agri-commodities. Developed a centres of excellence in the fields of organic farming, integrated pest and disease management, non-pesticidal management in field crops and vegetables by proper blending of improved technologies vis-à-vis tradition farming wisdom. Identified as national level resource person in organic farming.
