Peter Shorett

Peter Shorett, MAI, CRE, FRICS, is an Executive Vice President at Kidder Mathews, a position held since January 1995, where an emphasis on appraisal and consulting is maintained. As the founder and manager of the Kidder Mathews Valuation Advisory group, Peter Shorett has established a notable presence in the field. Prior to this role, Peter Shorett served as an appraiser and consultant at Shorett & Riely from April 1980 to December 1994. Educational achievements include attendance at Western Washington University, completion of the Appraisal Institute designation (MAI), earning the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) designation, and obtaining Fellowship status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
