Andrea McGanity is an experienced Area Manager currently overseeing operations at Kids Planet Day Nurseries since October 2022 and at Waverton Day Nurseries since April 2016, supporting multiple nurseries across various locations. Previously, Andrea worked as an Early Years Consultant from June 2011 to April 2016, providing services such as pre-Ofsted inspections and quality assurance visits. Additional experience includes roles as Area Manager with Bertram Nursery Group and as an Ofsted Early Years Inspector with Prospects Services Ltd. Comprehensive expertise in quality assurance and staff development was demonstrated in earlier positions, including Quality Assurance and Staff Development Manager at Gingerbread Pre-schools and Quality Assurance Manager at Heirs & Graces Day Nursery. Andrea holds a BA Hons in Nursery Management, Leadership, and Management in Early Years from Liverpool Hope University, awarded in 2010.
