Philipp Hoelzle

Philipp Hoelzle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management consulting. As the Founder and Managing Partner of meHRsalz GmbH & Co. KGaA since August 2020, Philipp has also taken on leadership roles such as Director at Kienbaum and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at aestimamus GmbH & Co. KGaA, where the focus is on fostering individual and organizational growth through superior management diagnostics. Previous roles include CEO of Peras GmbH, Partner and Founder of HRpepper Management Consultants, and Partner and Member of the Board at Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH, specializing in talent management.
