Shana Magill has extensive experience in quality management within the engineering field, currently serving as the Director of Engineering Quality at Kiewit since July 2016, following roles as Engineering Quality Manager and District Quality Manager. Prior to Kiewit, Shana held the position of QA/QC Manager and Document Control Manager at Turnkey Specialists, Inc., as well as roles in electrical design and procurement. Earlier career experience includes serving as Branch Manager, Inside Sales, and Project Manager at Elliott Electric Supply from 2004 to 2007. Shana's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Quality Systems Management from New England College of Business, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Lone Star College, complemented by studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio.
