Jessica Smart is a Partner and Associate, UK and European Patent Attorney at Kilburn & Strode since January 2018, with prior experience as a Senior Associate and Associate at Keltie LLP from January 2012 to January 2018. Jessica began the career as a Trainee Patent Attorney and passed various patent examination papers, including EQE Papers A, B, C, and D in 2015, as well as UK Papers P2 and P6 in 2014. Before entering the patent field, Jessica worked as an Assistant Production Editor at Future Science Group for a brief period in late 2011. Jessica holds an MChem degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Bournemouth University.
