Shaojie Jack Fu

Shao Jie Jack Fu is a Deployment Architect at Kinaxis since September 2013, providing technical assistance for deployment projects and facilitating communication among customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure customer success. Jack has held various roles at Kinaxis, including Deployment Lead L3, Advisory Developer, Analytics Developer, and Analytic Support Developer, with responsibilities ranging from technical guidance on solution design to developing algorithms and managing customer issues. Prior to Kinaxis, Jack gained experience as a Software Developer at IBM Canada Ltd. in the Build, Packaging, and Installation team. Jack holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Science with a specialization in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, earned between 2007 and 2012.
