Stephen Frolik

Stephen Frolik currently serves as the Head of Global Supply Chain at Kindeva Drug Delivery since February 2024, following a role as Senior Director of Supply Chain in the U.S. at Curtis&Co from April 2021 to February 2024. Previously, Frolik was Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations at Innospec from November 2015 to April 2021 and held the position of VP of Sales & Operations at DaVita from April 2010 to August 2015. Frolik's career began at Eli Lilly, where a variety of roles were undertaken from April 2004 to April 2010, and included experience as Manager of Business Planning & Development at Baxter Healthcare Inc from February 2001 to March 2002, as well as Project Manager at Schering-Plough Corporation from July 1999 to February 2001. Educational credentials include an MBA in Operations from Purdue University Daniels School of Business (2002-2004) and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University (1995-1999). Frolik completed high school at Wheaton Warrenville South High School (1991-1995).
