Daniel Head is an experienced executive in public transport operations management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager of Assets and Executive General Manager for Tweed Heads, South East & Northern Queensland at Kinetic, Daniel has led transformation initiatives, including a secondment to NZ Bus to enhance operational performance and recruitment processes. Prior roles include Executive General Manager at Transdev Melbourne, where Daniel oversaw operations across New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania, and various managerial positions at Qantas, Yarra Trams, and Public Transport Victoria, focusing on service delivery and stakeholder engagement. Daniel holds multiple certifications, including a Bus Safety Management Program certificate from Monash University and a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management from Flinders University.
