Mario You currently serves as the Associate HR Director at King & Wood Mallesons since September 2020. Prior to this role, Mario held the position of HRVP at a local listed company and served as Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner at the National Basketball Association from December 2018 to February 2020. Experience also includes leadership roles in HR at Audi China, Nokia China Investment Co., Ltd., HSBC, and Cadbury China Co., Ltd., with a focus on areas such as compensation and benefits, people development, employer branding, and recruitment strategies. Mario holds an MBA from both Peking University and Vlerick Business School, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree from Yangzhou University.
