Justin Rieseberg has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Justin started their career as an Apprentice Pipefitter at Diaser Management in 2003. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Gibson Energy, where they initially served as a Project Engineer, handling small pipeline inspections and tank cleanings before progressing to larger projects involving facility piping modifications and implementing truck offload skids. In 2011, they were promoted to the role of Project Manager P.Eng., managing various projects ranging from 1MM to over 100MM in size, with a focus on the Hardisty, Alberta area. Notable achievements included successfully completing the Hardisty Unit Rail Connection within strict timelines and budget constraints. In 2016, Justin joined Enbridge Pipelines as a Project Engineer for a brief period before moving to Kingston Midstream the same year. At Kingston Midstream, they were initially selected by the Growth Projects Group to complete projects for the Calgary Office, before being transferred to Calgary in 2017 to work with the Calgary Engineering group. In June 2019, TEML rebranded to Kingston Midstream.

Justin Rieseberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, which they obtained from the University of Saskatchewan. Justin pursued their studies at the university from 2003 to 2008.
