Dan Caesar has extensive experience in the education sector, having served in various leadership roles at KIPP Texas Public Schools since 2001, including Chief Schools Officer, Regional Superintendent, and Head of Schools, and is recognized as the Founder and School Leader of KIPP 3D Academy. Prior to this, Dan Caesar was a Teacher at KIPP Academy in Houston from 1997 to 2000 and began an educational career as a Teacher with Teach For America from August 1995 to June 1997. Dan Caesar holds a Master of Business Administration from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, earned between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology and History from Tufts University.
