Beat Wyss

Beat Wyss currently serves as the Head of Talent, Learning & Culture at Kistler Group, a role held since July 2024. Previously, Beat Wyss was the Head of Group HR at Angst+Pfister from March 2017 to June 2024, managing the full employee lifecycle with a focus on Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, People Development, and Retention. Additional experience includes positions as Learning & Development Manager, Fachbereichsleiter and Deputy Head of Kaderschule at Swissmem, and roles in aftersales support and project management at Trüb AG and Swisslog, respectively. Beat Wyss holds an EMBA in Entrepreneurship from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz and studied Strategic Management at ZfU International Business School. An engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering was obtained from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
