Sofia Wikström

Sofia Wikström began their work experience in 2009 as a Receptionist at Connect Hotel Stockholm. Sofia then transitioned to a Receptionist role at Strand Mat & Vin from 2014 to 2016. Following that, from 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Convini Mat & Kaffe på jobbet. In 2021, they worked as a Kundtjänst at ROFA DESIGN AB. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Support Agent at Kivra starting from February 2022.

Sofia Wikström attended Frans Schartau Handelsinstitut from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained a KY degree in Receptionist.
