Dalibor Glaich

Dalibor Glaich is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Kiwi.com since June 2022, Dalibor focuses on enhancing customer support through tailored tooling and services. Previously, during a tenure at Vista from February 2019 to June 2022, Dalibor held multiple leadership roles including Director of Technology and Senior Technology Manager, overseeing the delivery of a cloud-based marketing technology platform and guiding agile teams across several locations. Dalibor's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Barclays Investment Bank, eg solutions plc, and various other companies, where responsibilities encompassed application development, team management, and technology integration within the financial sector. A graduate of Czech Technical University in Prague with a degree in Computer Science, Dalibor demonstrates expertise in software development, team mentoring, and strategic stakeholder management.
