Liang Tian is a highly experienced Principal Process Engineer at KLA since September 2021, with a rich background in semiconductor thin film processes. Prior to this role, Liang Tian founded MINA'LN, focusing on optimizing semiconductor processes for UV LED and RF applications and developing CVD equipment for III-V semiconductors. Earlier experience includes serving as an R&D Engineer at SIMAP Science et Ingénierie des MAtériaux et Procédés, where key projects involved the development of thin films for LED and photovoltaic applications. Liang Tian holds a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Birmingham and a Master's in Photonics from the University of Bristol.
