Adrianna Holland has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Adrianna began their career as a Sales Representative at Eli Lilly and Company, where they interned in the Diabetes Unit, covering the Denver territory for 6 weeks. In 2018, they joined Oracle, where they held several positions, including Inbound Sales Consultant - Team Lead, Senior Business Development Consultant-Enterprise Strategic Accounts, Business Development Representative-Public Sector, and Oracle Sales Academy. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Customer Success Manager at Klara.

Adrianna Holland completed a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Indiana University Bloomington in 2018.
