Samantha Wickman

Samantha Wickman is a seasoned operations and technology strategy professional with extensive experience in business process automation, technical project management, and product management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of GTM Operations at Klaviyo since April 2021, Samantha leads a team focused on enhancing organizational efficiency and overseeing technology strategies for the Global Customer Success, Onboarding, and Support organization. Prior to this role, Samantha held positions at Thought Industries where responsibilities included leading a team of product managers and managing platform integrations, as well as serving as a product manager for key product areas. Earlier career experiences include roles at Wayfair as a Senior Data Science & Analytics Recruiter and Program Manager, and at CDM Smith as an Associate Program Manager. Samantha holds a Master of Science in User Center Design from Brandeis University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and International Affairs with a focus on International Economic Policy from Bryant University.
