Jason Herff

Jason Herff is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and network management. Currently serving as IT Technical Lead and previously as Information Technology Technician at KLS Martin Group since January 2020, Jason has a robust background in troubleshooting and maintaining hardware within enterprise environments. Previous roles include Field Service Technician at Enterprise Integration and Applications Analyst at UF Health Jacksonville. Jason's military experience in the US Navy involved significant responsibilities, such as managing departmental training for over 550 personnel and overseeing technical support for more than 250 staff members. Jason holds multiple Associate of Science degrees in Computer Networking and Office Support Specialist Administrative Management from Coastline College, complemented by further training at New Horizon's Computer Learning Center and Syracuse University.
