Daniel Aristimuno is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer experience and business development within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience and LATAM Strategy at KM2 Solutions since October 2014, Daniel has held various leadership roles, driving client services and business development strategies for over a decade in the Caribbean, Central America, and LATAM markets. Prior to KM2 Solutions, Daniel was a LATAM SME Consultant and held significant positions at Convergys, including LATAM Business Development and Market Entry Director, where expertise was leveraged in client and government relationship management. Daniel's technical background includes being the IT Director for the LATAM region, overseeing CRM/SAP HR implementations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Colegio Nacional Sarmiento and training in Nuclear Medicine from UBA School of Medicine.
