At Aware Super, Tara played a pivotal role in the Catalyst Transformation Program, unifying systems and cultures across multiple funds. As Group Head Of Digital at QSuper Group, a focus on data-driven transformations significantly enhanced member experiences. Earlier in career at NAB, Tara led significant technology innovations and enterprise transformations, including pioneering NAB’s first online deposit product. Tara holds an Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD and multiple degrees from Monash University, including an MBA and a Bachelor's in Business Honours.
