Shao Fang

Shao Fang is a highly experienced engineering executive currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Knack, a prominent no-code platform for small and medium-sized businesses. Previously, Shao held the position of VP of Engineering at Memora Health, where responsibilities included digitizing and automating healthcare journeys through Conversational AI. As a co-founder and VP of Engineering at Double Time, an early-stage startup focused on Enterprise AI, Shao contributed to innovative solutions in the industry. Additional experience includes a tenure as VP of Engineering at ServiceMax, recognized as a leader in Field Service Management, and at Intalio, a pioneer in Business Process Management systems. Shao holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Applied Science from Caltech and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
