Collin Rogers, CMSP has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to health, safety, and environmental management. Collin is currently the Corporate Safety Director at Knife River Corporation. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Health and Safety at Nevada Copper Corp and the Manager of Health, Safety, Training, and Emergency Response at Nevada Gold Mines. Collin Rogers obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from South Dakota Mines between the years 2004 and 2008. In 2018, they also obtained the Certified Mine Safety Professional (CMSP) certification from the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration Inc. (SME). Additionally, they hold certifications as an MSHA Instructor-Surface, Underground, Mine Rescue from the Mine Safety and Health Administration, and as an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) from Puckett EMS. Furthermore, Collin Rogers is a volunteer firefighter at New Hope VFD.
