Laura Rodnitzky

Laura Rodnitzky is an accomplished professional in people operations and business management, currently serving as a member at Fractional People People since November 2024 and as a founding member of CPOHQ at Knoetic, which encompasses over 2,000 Heads of People. Prior experience includes holding the position of VP, Global People Operations & Americas P&C Lead at DEPT®, where Laura led the integration of HR systems for over 1,000 employees, and serving as Chief People Officer at 3Q Digital, successfully scaling the organization to 550 employees and overseeing various HR functions. Laura's earlier roles included freelance writing and editing, with experience at Fitch Ratings and First Analysis. Laura holds a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of Chicago and has furthered studies in Chinese language at Beijing Institute of Technology.
