Onursal Yazar

Onursal Yazar, CFA, has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Executive Manager for Discretionary Portfolio Management and Strategic Asset Allocation at Yapı Kredi Portföy since August 2006, alongside roles in Risk Management, Legislation & Compliance, Fixed Income Pension Funds, and Alternative Investment Funds. Additionally, Onursal has contributed to academia as an instructor for the "Ethics in Finance" course in the MSc in Finance Program at Koç University since September 2012. Yazar held the position of President at CFA Society Istanbul from December 2019 to April 2021 and previously worked as a Senior Dealer in Fixed Income at Koç Invest and as a Corporate Marketing Specialist at Osmanlı Bank. Onursal's education includes an MBA in Finance & Investment from Baruch College and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
