Cara Chennault-Reid

Cara Chennault-Reid is vice president of human resources for Koch. With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, she is a strategic, results-driven leader, responsible for Koch’s global human resources capability, communications and marketing, and the Principle Based Management™ teams.

Previously, Cara served as chief operating officer for Koch Global Services and was responsible for driving the organization’s vision to deliver shared services to Koch companies within its human resources, facilities and real estate services functions.

Cara has a proven ability to foster and develop inclusive teams, while also empowering individuals to deliver superior results. During her time with Koch, Cara has led several transformational projects, including large-scale technology implementations.

Cara takes pride in partnering with businesses, developing capabilities and building authentic relationships. She is dedicated to learning and improving by applying and practicing Principle Based Management™.

Cara serves on the board of Mark Arts and the Spero Advisory Board with the Barton School of Business at Wichita State University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications and organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee.
