Rachel Kremm began their professional career in 2016 as a Front Desk Receptionist for Central Michigan University. In 2018, they worked as an Annual Giving Performance Analyst for the same university. That same year, they also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern for Bosch USA. From 2019 to 2022, Rachel worked for ZF Group in various roles, including CVS Technical Project Manager - ADAS, Algorithm Engineering, Global Trainee, XA Autonomous Mobility Systems- Autonomous Driving Vehicle Buildup, Commercial & Fast Craft Market Analysis, Segmentation, and Strategy, and Powertrain Components Test Engineer - Data Processing. In the latter role, they developed templates for automated evaluation of functional torque converter tests using FAMOS software, communicated independently with Test Engineers and Technicians to compile test bench data, and ran correlation study to compare performance of two functional test benches. In 2022, Rachel began working for Kodiak Robotics as a Project Engineer - Vehicle Programs, where they collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to design and deliver projects towards creating an autonomous system, and drives internal vehicle related programs and manages commercial vehicle supplier relationships and projects.

Rachel Kremm completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Central Michigan University between 2015 and 2019. Rachel has also obtained a number of certifications from LinkedIn and Dartmouth College between 2019 and 2020. Currently, Rachel is pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering Management at Oakland University.
