Amy C. serves as General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer at Kodiak Solutions, a high-growth tech start-up specializing in SaaS revenue cycle analytics and asset recovery services, since October 2023. Previously, Amy held multiple legal roles at Health Care Service Corporation, most recently as Associate General Counsel, where responsibilities included corporate governance and negotiating significant transactions. As Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at SE2, Amy was instrumental in establishing the legal department in a private-equity backed firm. A decade at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP encompassed senior associate and corporate associate roles with a focus on corporate law, M&A, and technology transactions. Amy has also contributed to corporate governance as a Board of Trustees member for Overland Park Regional Medical Center and held various legal positions at Sprint and other firms. Academically, Amy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, an MBA from Avila University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
