Julia Hatzidais Prospero is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Interim General Counsel at Kodiak Solutions since January 2024, Julia previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at VillageMD from October 2021 to June 2023, providing strategic legal counsel on mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions while leading due diligence efforts. Prior to that, Julia was Associate General Counsel at Consensus Health, focusing on complex healthcare transactions and the negotiation of various legal agreements. Julia's career began as an Associate Attorney at Wade, Goldstein, Landau, and Abruzzo, P.C., after serving as Contract Administrator at Universal Health Services. Julia earned a Bachelor’s degree in History/Political Science from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor in Health Law from Widener University Schools of Law.
