Krystal Brady is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in product development and project management within the home energy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of NPD Engineering at Rehlko since July 2021, Krystal previously spent over a decade at Kohler Co. in various engineering roles, including Staff Engineer focused on residential generators, team lead for the CAD Design Team, and Senior Project Engineer. Early career experience includes roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Mechanical Engineer, as well as positions at Manpower, Magnetek Inc., and Kohler Company, where Krystal honed skills in design, process improvement, and quality assurance. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
