Pepe Toriello is the Chair of the Mexican Chapter at CLOC (Corporate Legal Operations Consortium) and the Head of Legal Services and Partnerships at Koho Consulting. He is also the Founder of Red de Firmas, a company dedicated to innovating legal team operations through the implementation of electronic signature software and CLM. Pepe is currently the Managing Shareholder at Firmamex, a platform specializing in electronic signatures that meet legal requirements in Mexico. Additionally, he is a member of the Legal & Mexico Global Council at World Commerce & Contracting. In the past, Pepe founded Postales de Café, a company offering high-quality coffee from Finca Hamburgo in Mexico. He has a strong legal background, working in various law firms such as Holland & Knight LLP, López Velarde Heftye y Soria, and Goodrich, Riquelme y Asociados, focusing on areas such as energy law, project finance, and M&A. Pepe holds a Bachelor of Laws from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and has pursued further education in law, business administration, and international law at prestigious universities.
