Maruf Bin Amjad possesses extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Manager of People Care at Kona Software Lab Ltd. since February 2021, following roles as Assistant Manager and Sr. Executive in the same department. Prior to joining KonaSL, Maruf held the position of Sr. Executive in HR and Administration at Kazal Brothers Ltd., a leading publication house, and served as Sr. Executive for Training and HR at MARS Solutions Limited, a sister concern of Pandughar Group. Earlier career experience includes roles at Grameenphone Ltd., a major telecommunications company in Bangladesh. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Professional HRM from the University of Dhaka and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stamford University Bangladesh.
