Monique Carpay has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior HR Director at Esko from August 2019 to April 2021. Monique also held various HR leadership positions at Barco, including Global Divisional HR Director from March 2015 to June 2019, and Director of Talent and Organisation Development from June 2007 to April 2018. Before joining Barco, they served as the Organization and People Development Manager at AMI Semiconductor from June 2002 to June 2007. Monique started their career as a Human Resources Business Partner at Alcatel Microelectronics from November 1998 to June 2002. Monique began their career at GE, where they worked as an HR Specialist for GE Power Controls from September 1995 to November 1998, and for GE Plastics from December 1990 to September 1995.
Monique Carpay attended Utrecht University from 1983 to 1990, where they obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology.
