Britta Diem has held a variety of roles in the tech industry and in psychotherapy. From 2022 to 2021, they worked as a Product Manager for Koppla and as a User Experience Researcher for Acapela. In 2020, they were a User Experience Researcher for EGYM. From 2019 to 2015, they worked as a Product Consultant for AJ&Smart, a Psychotherapist / Public Relations for MEDIAN Unternehmensgruppe B.V. & Co. KG, a Psychotherapist In Private Practice for Praxis für Psychotherapie Wegscheider, and a Psychotherapist for Salus Klinik GmbH Tagesklinik Potsdam für Alkoholabhängigkeit. Finally, from 2009 to 2014, they were a Clinical Psychologist for chariteberlin.
Britta Diem began their educational journey in 2004, when they earned a University Diploma in Psychology from the University of Regensburg. From 2009 to 2014, they obtained a Licence in Behavioural Psychotherapy from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Psychotherapie DGVT eV. In 2018, they completed a UX Design course from CareerFoundry. In 2020, they earned a d.MBA in Business Design. In addition to these qualifications, Britta Diem has obtained three certifications: The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2022: From Zero to Hero from Udemy in February 2022, Skiplevel Program: Fundamentals of Software from Skiplevel in January 2022, and Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki in June 2021.
