Deepanshu Malhotra

Deepanshu Malhotra currently serves as the Head of Data and AI at Kotak811, where responsibilities include building a high-impact data function for a digital banking platform. Prior to this role, Deepanshu was the Head of Analytics & Data Engineering at Razorpay, successfully establishing a large Centre of Excellence in analytics. Deepanshu also held leadership positions at Swiggy, driving analytics for various business sectors, and at Citi, managing significant analytics initiatives within the US Credit Cards portfolio. With experience in consulting at Accenture and HSBC, along with foundational roles in data analytics, Deepanshu has developed a robust skill set across areas like predictive analytics, data strategy, and machine learning. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian School of Business, a BTech from IIT Delhi, and additional certifications in deep learning and finance.
