Etienne Ammerdorffer

Etienne Ammerdorffer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and strategic sourcing, currently serving as the Business Transformation Lead at KPN since February 2016. In this role, Etienne spearheads the Unlock Data program, aimed at implementing Data Mesh and transitioning KPN to a decentralized data organization. Previously, as Strategic Sourcing Lead, Etienne developed a comprehensive sourcing strategy, enhancing supplier investments and shifting to an outcome-driven sourcing model. Additional expertise includes leadership as Sr. Category Lead, where Etienne implemented the "Workforce Insights" program, and foundational experience as a Buyer for PostNL and external call center partners. Outside of KPN, Etienne owns SimTogether, a significant reseller of simulation game content in the Netherlands, and has prior experience as a Clerk at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. Education includes a degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, attained between 2012 and 2016.
