Cameron Irvin is a highly skilled materials engineer with a robust background in polymer science and product development. Currently serving as a Product Engineer at KRAIBURG TPE since January 2024, Cameron focuses on the development and characterization of custom-engineered thermoplastic elastomer compounds, emphasizing properties such as flame retardancy and thermal conductivity. Prior experience includes directing research at TCPoly, Inc. as the Director of Research, where Cameron led the development of thermally conductive polymeric materials for HVAC and energy storage applications. With a strong academic foundation, Cameron earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, where contributions included research on renewable cellulose- and chitin-based nanocomposites and various roles in biomedical and materials research.
