Mike Holman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mike started their career at Easton Technical Products, where they held the role of Engineering Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for various projects involving automation and manufacturing processes for sporting goods production. Mike then moved on to ATK Aerospace Systems as a Senior Manager in Mission Assurance before joining L-3 Coleman Aerospace as Director of Mission Assurance, Safety, and Information Systems. Holman then served as Vice President of Production Operations at Aerojet Rocketdyne and later as Sr. Manager of Mission Assurance at Northrop Grumman. Most recently, they have been a Fellow at the American Society for Engineering Management and is currently working as the Director of Quality Assurance at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions.
Mike Holman holds a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Management from the University of Tennessee Space Institute, which they obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, graduating in 2009. Mike's undergraduate education also took place at the University of Utah, where they earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1995. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Professional in Engineering Management (CPEM) from the American Society for Engineering Management in September 2021, and they obtained their Professional Engineer (PE) license from the State of Utah in March 2003.
