Natasa Karambatsos serves as the Managing Partner at KRB Avocats | Lawyers since January 2021. Prior to this role, Natasa held positions as Director of Corporate Strategy (U.S. & Europe) and General Counsel at CMT Group from January 2013 to December 2020, and worked as an M&A/Corporate Attorney at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP from April 2007 to November 2012. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard Extension School, and ongoing studies in Full Stack Development at New York Code + Design Academy. Natasa is also certified by the New York Bar and the Quebec Bar since 2012 and 2006, respectively.
