Zika Ashraf

Zika Ashraf currently serves as the Founder and CEO of BMW Diagnose, a position held since January 2015. In addition, Zika has extensive experience in the correctional system, serving as a Fængselsbetjent at Kriminalforsorgen since March 2003. Previous roles include working as a Kontaktperson at Hillerød Kommune from March 2009 to December 2011, focusing on social pedagogical work with young individuals facing challenges such as neglect, mental illness, substance abuse, and trauma. Earlier experience includes working in a surrogatfængsel at Sølager from January 2000 to January 2003, where responsibilities involved establishing order and motivating young individuals. Zika Ashraf holds a Basis coaching degree from a Kognitiv coaching module completed in 2011 and a Studentereksamen from Frederiksværk hf obtained between 1994 and 1996.
