Nicolai Helms

Nicolai Helms is a Senior Attorney at Kromann Reumert, Denmark's leading law firm, where since September 2013, focus has been on M&A transactions in the energy sector, cross-border transactions, and corporate restructurings. Previously held positions include Assistant Attorney specializing in M&A and Stipendiat in Banking and Finance. Nicolai also completed a secondment at Ørsted in the Legal EPC and Operations team from September 2020 to August 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Financial Law from King's College London and two Master of Laws degrees from Københavns Universitet, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the same university.
