Dennis Chen has worked in the technology industry for over 30 years. Dennis began their career in 1990 as the Chief Scientist and Co-Founder at Specular International. In 1997, they took on the role of Director of Engineering at MetaCreations. Dennis then co-founded FunMobility in 1999 and served as the CTO and Co-Founder until 2017. During this time, they co-founded a mobile company that focused on 3 product lines, created a digital marketing platform with customers including GAP, Banana Republic, Gallo, Chiquita, Orchard Supply, Us Weekly, and many others, and created a content platform that syndicated licensed and original content to Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and many other carriers. In 2017, they joined Bitquence as a Member of Technical Staff, Technology and most recently, in 2018, they became the COO of Krome Photos.
Dennis Chen attended Reading Memorial High School and then went on to the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied Computer Systems Engineering from 1986 to 1990.

Krome Photos' mission is to level the playing field for all businesses with a fast, affordable, and creative photo editing and design service that optimizes product images based on what sells or drives customer engagement. In a few hours and for about the cost of a movie, Krome can take phone photos and turn them into white/listing images, lifestyle images, infographics or ads. Now any business can get custom creative images for all their products and advertisements. Small and medium businesses can continue to expand digitally effectively and efficiently.
