Michael Allen possesses extensive experience in operations management, with a career spanning over three decades in various roles. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Continental Mills since March 2009, Michael has also held multiple managerial positions at Edy's Grand Ice Cream, including Plant Manager, Distribution Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Factory Manager at Nestle - Dreyers and Plant Manager at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream. Michael began a career in operations management at Frito Lay, where responsibilities included Area Operations Manager and Warehouse Supervisor, following an initial service as an Army Officer in the US Army. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.
