Currently serving as Plant General Manager at Mark Anthony Brewing Inc since September 2021, Shippey has also been the CEO and board member of Billsburg Brewing since January 2017, where efforts are underway to establish the second-largest brewery in James City County, VA. Prior to these roles, Shippey held various positions at Printpack, including Plant Manager and Extrusion Manager, and was Sr. General Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev from 2007 to 2015, overseeing production and operational management at a major brewery. Shippey's career in brewing began at Anheuser-Busch, where roles included Sr. Assistant Brewmaster and Assistant Brewmaster, contributing to significant efficiency and financial outcomes. Shippey earned a BS in Fermentation Science from the University of California, Davis, in 1989.
