Prior to this role, Surya held various positions at ValueMomentum from December 2009 to December 2024, including Senior Vice President, Client Partner, and Engagement Manager, with responsibilities encompassing program management and quality assurance. Earlier career experience includes roles as QA Manager at both Value Momentum and MSA Insurance Group, as well as Test Lead at Satyam Computer Services Limited and Test Coordinator at StateFarm. Surya holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Andhra University, completed in 2001, and received foundational education at St. Joseph English Medium High School in Vizianagaram.
